Well prepared tour through and through! I was adequately prepared each day of this tour, learned a lot from the local Deaf guide that was with us, and Dan always made sure to add more information afterwards. The amount of time and service put into those challenging countries was very evident - that's excellent customer service.
We learned a lot about UAE's history from Himel and a Deaf local tour guide who was assigned to our tour. Wow, we were very impressed with his expertise in sharing rich information! He was also knowledgeable about everything regarding the Arab country. We felt well-prepared for daily sightseeing places with excitement!
We enjoyed each attraction, and I especially enjoyed the attractions related to WWII. All the accommodations were in great locations, very nice and clean. The breakfasts were always really good. Martin is well versed, not only on what he presented, but the overall history of Japan, as well as the local and national cultures with Chikako. Incredible, friendly, giving and so very helpful. The best!
